I have led many innovation projects from initial research through to serial production, understand the end-to-end project lifecycle, and can handle every aspect of new product development for you – this includes managing a broader team, capacity planning, and handling budgets.

I’m a people person, who’s easy to work with, and I’m comfortable fulfilling a number of roles from project management, leading engineering teams to coaching and mentoring.
